Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw without justification within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013).
Return Policy
You have the right to return the product(s) you received if at least one of the following reasons applies.
- The product or products are not what you ordered
- The quantity of the products is other than what you ordered
- A product is defective or completely damaged
If any of the above reasons apply, the product must be returned within 10 calendar days of receipt, accompanied by the legal proof of purchase and in its packaging, which must be in the same condition as when you received it.
The cost of the return, if any of the above reasons apply, is borne by us as well as the shipping costs of the replacement if possible.
